Mono Engineering was established in 1985 as an Engineering Manufacturer and Consulting firm under the leadership of          President Siamak Moini.  Because of our ability and commitment to quality, along with on-time delivery at competitive prices               we quickly developed into one of San Fernando Valley largest machining and fabrication facilities.

We manufacture the most complex precision parts for the aerospace industry, and medical equipment requiring intricate assemblies with close tolerances maintained throughout production. Both commercial and high-tech industries are another outlet for our expertise which has gained us an unequalled reputation in the U.S.A. Mono Engineering is conveniently located at 20977 Knapp Street in Chatsworth, with over 30,000 square feet of floor space including a 4,400 square feet assembly area and additional 2,000 square feet designated for our quality control department. Our quality control system is based upon AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015

FACILTIES
The whole area is environmentally controlled, having the latest computer aided coordinated measuring machines with a capacity of up to 79 inch x 48 inch . There is a 36 inch digital linear height gauge and an optical comparator, along with a complete range of inspection tools and gauges, calibrated and traceable to N.I.S.T. to assure we maintain your quality requirements.

MATERIALS
Mono Engineering has an extensive working knowledge with a wide range of materials including aluminum, steel, magnesium, nickel, coppers, titanium, monel K500, and inconels , plus all the various types of plastics and ceramics, including forgings and castings that may be needed.
Our welding department is able to handle all of your needs from the largest and most complex frames and jigs, to small and intricate parts.

From blue print to tooling, from prototype production to assembly, full-blown production runs involving welding and assembly, we do it all under one roof, keeping you well informed on the status of your project.
